This Policy applies to podrecruiting.com (the “Site”), our text messaging and email programs, our coaching, recruiting and placement services, and any other services we provide (together, the “Services”).

2. How We Collect Information

2.1 Information you give us directly

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number, company name, job title.
• Booking and enquiry information — details you submit when you request a Strategic Alliance Assessment Call, complete a form, request information, or contact us by phone, email or text.
• Professional background — information you choose to share about your business, your team, your production volume, or your career goals during coaching, recruiting or placement conversations.
• Correspondence — the content of emails, text messages, voicemails and call notes exchanged with us.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our servers and analytics tools may automatically record:

• IP address and approximate general location
• Browser type, device type and operating system
• Pages viewed, time on page, and referring or exit pages
• Date and time of your visit

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects about you.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program

4.1 Consent

We send text messages only to individuals who have opted in — by submitting a form on our Site that includes a clear consent statement, by texting us first, or by providing express written consent in another documented way. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.

4.2 What we send

Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your enquiries, recruiting and placement updates, coaching follow-ups, and occasional informational or promotional messages from Pod Recruiting about our own services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4.3 Opting out and getting help

We do not sell, rent, trade or license your personal information. We do not provide your personal information, your mobile number, or your opt-in data to any third party or affiliate for that party’s own marketing or promotional use.

The only parties who ever handle your information on our behalf are:

• Support-service subcontractors and vendors who perform work for us — for example customer service, appointment scheduling, our CRM, email delivery, and the messaging aggregators and providers that deliver our text messages. They act only on our instructions, only to deliver the Services to you, and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. As stated above, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never provided to any party other than the aggregators and providers of the text messaging service itself.
• Legal and safety — where we are required to act by law, subpoena, court order or other legal process, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights or the safety of any person.

If Pod Recruiting is ever involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may transfer to the successor entity, which will remain bound by the commitments in this Privacy Policy, including the restrictions on mobile information and text messaging opt-in data. You will be notified of any such change.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels, tags and local storage) to make the Site work, remember your preferences, and understand how the Site is used.

• Essential cookies keep the Site secure and functioning.
